 JEN WIECZNER: You've been outspoken on a number of issues before. Back in 2016, Target made a statement with an inclusive transgender restroom policy, saying people can use whatever restroom fits their own gender identity, which was controversial, sparked some boycotts. Previously, I think before you were CEO, you've also said people can't bring guns into stores. And also, now with the mask, some people would call these political stances. How do you think about when to make a political statement? And how do you walk that line? BRIAN CORNELL: Jen, I think the announcements we made recently had nothing to do with politics. And it's everything about safety for our team, safety for our guests, safety for our communities. So these are not political statements. They're just the right thing to do right now to protect the health and welfare of over 300,000 Target team members and the millions of guests, the 30 million guests that depend on us every week for those essential products and services. So this is all about the right safety message during a time where we're still facing a pandemic and we have months ahead of us, where we're going to continue to face the pandemic. These are not political statements. These are just the right things to do for the team, the guests, and the Americans we serve each and every day.
