My names Olivier Oullier I'm the president of EMOTIV the leader in portable brain technologies and profits of behaviour and brain sciences. My passion has always been to bring behavioural and brain sciences into our real lives. To leverage the incredible insights that we learn from neuroscience. What is really interesting is to have a key issues that we're facing in the workplace are related to how our brains work, stress. And destruction. Stress is something terrible. It can lead to absenteeism. It can lead people to anxiety, depression, and sometimes a lot, a lot worse. Distraction is also one of the key issues nowadays. It can lead to accidents, safety issues. Of course, both affect productivity and revenue. But more importantly, they affect the lives of people. And one of the key reasons we're experiencing stress and distraction in our workplace is because there is a fundamental problem. We work with organizations around the world applying science, but all the organizations working with us have to accept that our technology is used anonymously.
